Puppies have had their own preschool for a while, so we thought it was only time that kittens also have the chance to shine: introducing Lort Smith Kitten Kinder.
Commencing soon, Kitten Kinder is a unique socialisation and training program for kittens and their carers, led by an experienced animal welfare officer. Participants will learn how to best raise their kitten and ensure they grow up to be a well-mannered and socialised member of the family.
Each session will include themed activities and enrichment tools, as well as tips and tricks that will grow carer’s confidence around felines, and strengthen the bond with their new best mate. The sessions will cover basics like worming/microchipping, through to diet, litter training and dealing with unwanted behaviours – kittens will also learn how to sit and high-five.
All profits from Kitten Kinder are invested back into the Adoption Hub.
