ANNOUNCING BITSA!  THE NEW DOGGY DNA TEST

Have you ever wondered what breeds make up your much loved pooch?  Why is his tail so curly, where did his colour come from, is he a staffie/kelpie X or is he a terrier/mastiff X???  Now, all your questions can be scientifically answered, and you can know for sure just what your best friend's ancestry is!

GT Pets a division of Genetic Technologies, is a leading-edge Australian biotechnology company at the forefront of DNA technologies and research. As pioneers in the area of canine genetics, their canine DNA BITSA test - Breed Identification Through Scientific Analysis - provides cross breed dog owners with a "family tree" of their dog's breed history.


The test is a very simple,non-invasive and non-painful mouth swab that can be done in the comfort of your own home.  Test results are presented in a personalised detailed report which covers all of the key features including health, temperament and preferred play activities of the breeds which are found in the dog's test results. In addition to the report, customers also receive a BITSA doggy passport, with the dog's photo and an official result certificate.

BITSA is available for $145.95 through the Lort Smith Hospital, with 20% of all proceeds generously donated back by GT Pets. 

Test kits are available to order for $29, with the balance of $116.95 to be sent direct to GT Pets with your test for analysis.
